  1. Hey, tomorrow is the 3rd anniversary of the AuxNewsNow satire piece on the A-10s going to Civil Air Patrol like they were Beechcraft T-34 mentors. Could you do a story on that? Some of the more gullible membership actually believed it was true.

If you window-lickers had half a clue.

Short version: one of the guys forgot to pay the hosting bill. Really. That simple.

But hey, believe what you want.

    • That excuse doesn’t fly with me and my boys. I could easily reconstruct AuxNewsNow and so could its incredibly intelligent, very charismatic and most awesomely clever master creator. If either you or the people at AuxBeacon want it back, I will rebuild it for you.

  3. AuxNewsNow has died since USAF veteran Colonel Mark E. Smith became National Commander of Civil Air Patrol. Members here are sayin that AuxNewsNow was created only to take out his political opposition.

    • Hmmm. I think you were right. Once Smith got the position, the website and its dull Facebook imitation dwindled to nothing.
