  1. It’s obvious the CAP is actively recruiting members of Congress, especially new and naive ones, to assure votes to support the CAP.

Do you think these new Congressional members would be so eager to join if they knew the CAP’s long history of corruption that is still present to this day? Or the CAP’s tendency to lie to cover up and discredit those who report it?

If these Congressional members want to be contributing members of the CAP, they need to start by providing much needed oversight and advocating overdue reform.

  2. It took me nearly 10 years to get Lieutenant Colonel. I had to go to SLS, CLC, RSC, NSC, have time in grade, spend countless hours bored to tears in PowerPoint presentations while this lady with no prior CAP experience got a free pass (cough, cough, more like a a bribe) for being on the appropriations committee. Not fair.

Corrupt? Your impressive collection of articles on misappropriation, fraud, forgeries, child molestation, nepotism, complaint suppression, commander removals, reprisals and criminal convictions has very effectively shown Civil Air Patrol to be a corrupt organization. Kudos on that.

Coddles? She is a full-fledged member (of the Civil Air Patrol). She has all rights and privileges of a regular member. She can participate in any Civil Air Patrol event…

    Nods, point taken.
