Cadet Accused of Sexually Assaulting Man on Air Force Academy Campus

On September 12th, Ex-Cadet 1st Class Jacob Cook was sentenced to prison for 30 months, two and a half years, for child pornography charges. Jacob Cook used a hidden cellphone to record two girls when they undressed and showered at his father’s house.

The cadet was pursued by internet crimes detectives once Twitter alerted authorities that Cook was uploading child pornography. Authorities found hundreds of questionable pictures on Cook’s electronic equipment. In court, he admitted to having a fetish for young teen-aged girls.

On the morning of September 20th, an Article 32 hearing was held for U.S. Air Force Academy Cadet 1st Class Steven R. Fox who is accused of sexually assaulting a victim in his dorm room. The prosecution argued that the victim yelled for him to stop, and that Fox also rubbed his genitals against the victim’s leg while the victim was asleep.

The Defense fought these claims showing that Fox had been on multiple dates with the victim before these incidents occurred where the two would undress, consensually, without engaging in sex.

  1. Can you and your readers comment or do a story on the West Point graduate and Civil Air Patrol “alumnus” Spencer Rapone who displayed pro-Communist messages in his West Point uniform. He had served in Afghanistan and was mentored by West Point professor Rasheed Hosein. Your thoughts?

    • We apologize for having you wait to get an answer on this. AuxBeacon is a little different from other sources because it is a growing network of many from different demographics, with different professions & directions/levels of education. The only thing everyone has in common is love of country & constitution & a deep disappointment in the continued abuse & cover-ups we have all witnessed or endured in Civil Air Patrol for many years.

To get you an answer, we did an informal survey & NONE of the editors, staffers or contributors support what this new Army Second Lieutenant has done. When in uniform, US airmen, marines, sailors & soldiers need to serve and represent all American citizens through established law & the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

To that point, all AuxBeaconers fully support U.S. Air Force Academy Superintendent Lt Gen Jay B. Silveria & his direct warning to cadets regarding the racist statements scrawled on the message boards at the Air Force Academy Preparatory School.

“You should be outraged. If you demean someone in any way, you need to get out.”

Through submissions received here, we have been shown evidence of CAP members & CAP-USAF doing some very abusive & demeaning things to others. Some of this has convinced USAF, CAPNHQ & BOG to halt the advancement of a few perpetrators. Other perpetrators, however, are still at large & working the conference cocktail mixers & giving out awards to ingratiate themselves so they can further their agendas.

We all support TexGadget at College Station for echoing the findings of Lt Col Allan Stein.
